The Fine Arts Library offers two reservable spaces for collaborative work:
Conference Room: This is a small meeting room that seats eight around a large oval table. It has two large flat screens for video conferencing or connecting to laptops.
Material Collection: This room contains a small square table that seats eight, a large mobile monitor and the Fine Arts Library’s Construction materials samples (more on this collection can be found here).
To Make a Reservation:
- Choose the day by scrolling or clicking “Go to Date” in the top right.
- Click on the room and time on the grid to begin making your reservation.
- Rooms will default to 1-hour reservations. You can reserve up to 3 hours by choosing a later end time on the drop-down menu below the grid.
