The Clemons lobby table is for use by University departments and student organizations to promote events or services. It is not a study space.
No sales, donations, fundraising, nor any other types of money collection, are permitted inside the Library. Giveaways of food, drink, study supplies, or organizational literature are fine. Please read the terms and conditions page that follows.
If you have any questions about reserving the 4th floor lobby table, or you want to inquire about setting up a temporary organizational display, please contact Clemons Circulation Manager, Jeremy Wilk (jw6t@virginia.edu).
To Make a Reservation:
- Choose the day by scrolling or clicking “Go to Date” in the top right.
- Click on the room and time on the grid to begin making your reservation.
- The default is a 2-hour reservation. You can reserve up to 4 hours by choosing a later end time on the drop-down menu below the grid.
