Fine Arts R-Lab (Research Lab)

Reservations for this room are mediated. This is a multi-use room available for events and larger group meetings. The Mediascape table seats fifteen. There are eight addional seats. The table is equipped to connect a laptop to the large wall monitor through the Poly Studio System. Video conferencing is available as well.  Instructions for using Library Poly systems in this room: https://guides.lib.virginia.edu/poly.

Also in this room: four Macs, one PC and two scanners. When the Mediascape table is in use other patrons may continue to use other parts of the room. 

To Make a Reservation:

1. Choose the day by scrolling or clicking “Go to Date” in the top right.
2. Click on the room and time on the grid to begin making your reservation.
   • Rooms will default to 1-hour reservations. You can reserve up to 3 hours by choosing a later end time on the drop-down menu below the grid.
