The Steenbeck Film Editor is intended for use by UVA film students and does require specialized knowledge for use. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation if the reserve does not demonstrate proper training. A Steenbeck film editor is a type of flatbed film editing suite which is usable with both 16 mm and 35 mm optical sound and magnetic sound film.
