This conference room is equipped with a monitor and whiteboards.
Rooms 202 and 203 can be combined by opening a folding wall. Both must be requested separately. Requestors should check availability of both spaces.
To find the room: Turn to the right after exiting the elevator or stairs on the second floor of Clemons Library. Proceed down the hallway. Room 202 is the middle room on the right. Guidelines: The Georges Student Center occupies the second floor of Clemons Library. The Center’s mission is to connect students to opportunities and support available through University departments and offices. As such, the Center’s spaces are prioritized for use by these programs. Use of conference rooms 202, 203 and 204 require approval; use this form to submit a request for review. Events must be related to: advising or academic resources for students, or professional development opportunities for students. CIO activities generally do not fall under this umbrella and students are directed to seek spaces through Newcomb or the Source for these needs. Room information: There are 3 medium and large conference rooms in the Georges Student Center. These rooms are numbers 202, 203 and 204. If available, 202 and 203 may both be reserved for the same event, as the partition wall can be opened to make one larger space. Be sure to click the times in both rooms if you wish to make such a reservation. Please note that these rooms feature glass walls on one side, should your event have privacy concerns.
