Community Read Aloud: "When Sadness Is At Your Door" and "The Breaking News"
In tough times we often turn to stories to help us process grief and loss. Our Education Librarian, Ashley, will host a read-aloud of two picture books: When Sadness Is At Your Door by Eva Eland and The Breaking News by Sarah Lynne Reul to our community via Zoom. These are two comforting books from our children's collection at the UVA Library that encourage you to look for the helpers in bad situations and to allow yourself time to heal. This is a family friendly event.
