An Introdution to ORCID
ORCID (Open Researcher and Contributor Identifier) is a free, portable unique personal identifier useful in maintaining research output.
New functionalities make it easier than ever to use ORCID to maintain a current research bibliography, and some areas of the University are adopting its use for all their researchers. Winston will lead a brief tour and a hands-on account creation and population. Liaisons and researchers are especially encouraged to attend. No prior knowledge is needed, but please bring a laptop for use during this hands-on workshop.
Please note: This class will be in-person and will be held in Brown 133.
