Arduino Basics

Come learn about the Arduino micro-controller for fun or profit. No experience needed. This workshop will go through the very basics of electricity, how to setup the Arduino, and building a first circuit; an LED nightlight. This is a virtual, live workshop.

After registration, you will recieve information about equipment needed and a link for participation.

Requirements:

  • laptop,
  • arduino,
  • wires,
  • resisters,
  • LEDs.

Arduino kits can be checked out from Clemons Library prior to the workshop. Contact Ammon Shepherd at slabmakerspace@virginia.edu for information about checking out an Arduino Kit.
