Cancelled: Introduction to QGIS
This workshop has been cancelled.
QGIS is a free and new open source GIS (geographic information system) software. GIS tools allow users to visualize their data on a map to communicate your spatial data in a more meaningful way. In this workshop we will cover some GIS fundamentals, get everyone up and running in QGIS, and walk through some basic functionality and data types.
QGIS is available to everyone. No prior knowledge is needed, but please bring a laptop in order to participate.
