Introduction to Image Processing with Fiji/ImageJ

In this workshop, participants will learn how to use the Fiji/ImageJ software to apply image processing filters, implement strategies for image background correction, and analyze image objects of interest using segmentation masks. Participants should bring their own laptop with Fiji preinstalled. Instructions for installations of Fiji on Windows, Mac OSX, and Linux can be found on this website: https://fiji.sc/#download

Fiji/ImageJ is available to everyone. No prior knowledge is needed, but please bring a laptop (with Fiji installed) in order to participate.
