What began over a month ago as a discussion on libstaff@ about temperature control in buildings continues to evolve into a broader discussion of putting into practice those theories of inclusivity and, more importantly, becoming aware of the difference between thinking we are inclusive and actually being inclusive.

Leigh recently completed an online inclusion and diversity course from Juice Academy and will share the ideas she took away from the course.
