Growing Deeper: The Power of Privilege

This class focuses on delving more deeply into racial identity as a way to understand unearned privilege. The goal is to create a deeper level of engagement and understanding of diversity and inclusion. Like the Multicultural Fluency class, we create a safe space for a very interactive exploratory experience. The class includes 20 minutes of pre-work reading and reflection, followed by an in-class session. |
