Indigenous at U. Va. Panel Discussion

Lunch provided, but space is limited.  RSVP/Registration required.

The UVA Library would like to cordially invite you to a lunch and panel discussion with members of the Mellon Indigenous Arts Initiative Faculty Fellows from 2018 and 2017. The theme of the informal discussion is how can the UVA Library engage with research in Indigenous Studies and provide the collections support necessary for Indigenous Studies in the UVA curriculum. We are especially keen on knowing about the resources we are lacking for deep research into the field as well as what outreach the Librarians might make to your departments. Library staff will also be invited. This will be a chance for librarians and faculty to work together on collections and scholarship with a lovely lunch from Pearl Island provided.
