Visualization in R with ggplot2
The ggplot2 package has revolutionized data visualization with R. With its consistent syntax and layered approach to making graphics, ggplot2 allows you to rapidly visualize your data in ways that previously would have required hours of tedious programming. In this workshop we introduce the logic behind ggplot2, how to use ggplot2 to explore your data, and how to customize and polish ggplot2 graphs. Prerequisites: basic experience using R, or successful completion of our Intro to R workshop.
