A Cultural Heritage Moment: The Australian Institute of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Studies (AIATSIS)

Craig Ritchie, the CEO of The Australian Institute of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Studies (AIATSIS) will be giving a talk on the Institute and its resources.   AIATSIS ((http://aiatsis.gov.au/about-us)  )” is a world-renowned research, collections and publishing organization that promotes knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures, traditions, languages and stories, past and present.” This event is sponsored by the University of Virginia Library and the Kluge-Ruhe Aboriginal Art Collection of the University of Virginia (http://www.kluge-ruhe.org/).
