In this workshop you’ll learn the basics of using the ScanPro 3500 microform machines and software. We’ll cover conceptual foundations of researching with microform, an overview of UVA’s microform collections, and how to navigate microform at UVA and beyond. The session will focus on learning the fundamentals of the ScanPro 3500 machines through demonstration and hands-on experience with our Virginia Newspapers on microfilm collection.
