High Performance Computing from a Terminal Window
This is an introduction to UVA’s high-performance computing environment using a terminal interface. Topics covered will include basic Unix commands, navigating the system, manipulating files and directories, shell scripting and Slurm scripts. An HPC account is strongly recommended.
The Intro to HPC tutorial is recommended.
