Acoustic Guitar and Violin Jam!
Drop by the Makerspace to learn to play fingerstyle acoustic guitar, and the basics of violin! Recommended for beginners to advanced.
I will have two spare guitars (one classical, one acoustic) for people that can't bring their own instruments. I do recommend bringing your own though. I only have one violin.
Depending on skill level, I could teach you how to play medium - advanced fingerstyle guitar songs (Spanish Romance, Shape of My Heart, Isn't She Lovely), and techniques (artificial harmonics, percussive slap, triplet rasgueado). For violin, you could learn to play scales, arpeggios, and harmonics, to medium level like Meditation de Thaïs or Wieniawski Legende. I can also teach anything you want by ear (I'll try my best).
