Workshop: Practical Project Management Concepts

Are you a graduate student who's headlong into your dissertation?  A faculty member has an ongoing digital humanities or other research project? Are you part of a working group that is struggling to collaborate effectively?

Join us in the Scholars' Lab (Shannon 308) as Ronda Grizzle leads a workshop on project management. In this 1-hour workshop, we’ll explore projects from different viewpoints to help you think about your work more holistically, and we’ll learn learn to use the Kanban agile project management framework to organize and direct your efforts, helping you to feel more in control of your work and your schedule.
