A 2023 survey conducted in SC-Pres revealed that the most requested training desired/needed by folks to do their jobs has to do with the arrangement, description, preservation, and access of email that the library chooses to retain as part of our collections. [Note: This is not about cleaning up your own inbox, but about how we handle email coming into our collections for research and scholarship.]
