GIS Day: Community Mapping Project Kick-off Meeting

In celebration of international GIS Day, the UVa Library’s GIS group, housed within the Scholars’ Lab, would like to invite you to a community mapping project to map and publish the public art installations in and around Charlottesville. All you need is a mobile phone with a current browser to participate.

We are hosting a kick off Zoom session at 2pm on November 17 for all volunteer mappers. However, if you cannot attend the kick off, instructions and links will be provided on the project website. Please continue to watch that space for more details!

This program is open to all, but registration is required to receive the Zoom link. The Zoom link to join will be sent via email before the event.
