Will Cochran Library Lectureship: "National Treasure: How the Declaration of Independence Made America"

This year's Cochran Lecture welcomes Michael Auslin, author and Payson J. Treat Distinguished Research Fellow for the Hoover Institution at Stanford University. Auslin will discuss his forthcoming book, National Treasure: How the Declaration of Independence Made America. There will be a reception to follow.

Prior to the Cochran Lecture, Charlottesville‑based artist and educator Josef Beery will lead a printing demonstration. 

Printing demonstration: 2:30 p.m.
Will Cochran Library Lectureship: 4 p.m.
