Scholars' Lab Director Amanda Wyatt Visconti will share their research work-in-progress using coding, web design, data visualization, and making approaches to prototype more inclusive research reading collections and displays. Check out their Zine Bakery and recent journal article “Book Adjacent: Database & Makerspace Prototypes Repairing Book-Centric Citation Bias in DH Working Libraries” to see work this talk builds on.
